The 18-Month Home Warranty offers the broadest coverage for the longest term on the market and is the least expensive warranty option per month. Get the best home warranty available and request the 18-Month Home Warranty for your real estate transaction. Have our company complete your home inspection. Request the 18-Month Home Warranty from Residential Warranty Services (the best coverage available today). At the time of purchase, 6 free months will be added to the warranty term, totaling 18 months for the price of 12. If we do not inspect the home, a 12-Month Home Warranty is still available. An unlimited number of HVAC units, water heaters, and kitchen appliances are covered. Choose your contractor for warranty repairs if you desire. No “pre-existing condition” excuses to avoid coverage if we inspect the property and find the item in question to be in working order at that time. Most kitchen appliances, HVAC (up to ten years of age), electrical, plumbing, roof leaks, foundations, washer/dryer, garage door openers etc. ​ WATCH VIDEO > MOLDSAFE If there were no visible mold or moisture issues reported during the course of your home inspection and in your home inspection report, this agreement covers the remediation (removal) of visible mold on services that could have been seen by the home inspectors. ​ WATCH VIDEO > PLATINUM ROOF PROTECTION PLAN During the inspection, weather conditions (lack of recent rain) may prevent roof leaks from being noticed and future leaks cannot be predicted by a home inspector. This plan covers future leaks as well as any that could not be found due to weather conditions at the time of inspection. RADON PROTECTION PLAN When a radon test result is below the EPA action level, there is a 120-day policy that will cover up to $1,200 to install a new radon mitigation system, when a second radon test comes back above the EPA action level. If the home has an active mitigation system, the policy is extended to 12 months from inspection. SEWERGARD PLUS Covers repairs to the underground plumbing waste and main water supply line for failures that were not an issue at the time of inspection. Prior to her time at JPI as a home inspector, Emily had a 10+ year career in social work. At JPI, Emily oversees business operations and works hard to educate her clients about their new homes in a way that's easy to understand, empathetic, and stress-free. OWNER/INSPECTOR Anton Britting Anton Britting is an AHIT-certified Home Inspector and an NHIE graduate. Anton also holds a BSc in Biology from Western Michigan University. Before joining JPI, Anton worked in automation for a Ford Motor Company subsidiary. At JPI, Anton passionately provides thorough and informed home inspections for his clients. FOUNDER Steve Burnett Steve Burnett holds Home Inspection certifications from NAHI, ASHI and NHIEB.
